Skyband's Business Services - Fixed WiMAX

Skyband offers the highest level of uncapped bandwidth, reliability and uptime needed by Enterprise, Corporates and SME’s. Offering from managed to dedicated bandwidth in speeds of 128kbps up to 2Mbps over our own carrier-class licensed 3.5Ghz fixed WiMAX 802.16d Networks in Blantyre/Limbe, Lilongwe, Mzuzu and Zomba.

Skyband has several types of packages from those suitable to SOHO and SMME customers through to Enterprise Business connections requiring dedicated bandwdith.

Silver Packages
Services aimed at small, medium and micro enterprises (SMME) which require uncapped but affordable internet access. Includes free activation. Bandwidth is shaped and managed. Fair usage policies apply. Services will be provided on fiber only, with no guarantees when fiber is down.

Gold Packages
Services aimed at medium to large businesses which require robust internet access, with unlimited usage. Includes free activation, and 1 dynamically assigned Public IP Address, with the ability to make this static and purchase additional IP subnets. Service will be backed up to VSAT when fiber is down on a best effort basis.

Platinum Packages
Skyband's PREMIUM dedicated bandwidth service offering un-contended bandwidth and unlimited usage. This product includes free activation, and 1 statically assigned Public IP Address. Ability to purchase additional Public IP Subnets. Services will be guaranteed to be backed up onto VSAT when fiber is down.

Additional Services and Packages
